Acceptance
By using Drawdle, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or app.
What Drawdle is
Drawdle is a free daily word puzzle. It is an independent fan project, not affiliated with The New York Times or Wordle. References to "Wordle" on this site are nominative ; "Wordle" is a trademark of The New York Times Company.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Submit drawings or text that contain harmful, illegal, offensive, hateful, or copyrighted material.
- Attempt to overload, scrape, or otherwise abuse the service.
- Impersonate other users or our staff.
- Use the service in violation of any applicable law.
Drawing submissions
If you submit a pixel-art drawing via the "Suggest a drawing" feature, you grant Drawdle a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display, modify and distribute that drawing as part of the daily rotation. You keep authorship of your work.
Accounts
If you sign in with Google, you are responsible for keeping your Google account secure. We do not store passwords.
Intellectual property
Drawdle's source code, design and branding belong to the project author. The daily Wordle answer mentioned in "spoil" mode is the property of The New York Times and is used here as a nominative reference only.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We make a best effort to keep it running but cannot guarantee uptime, accuracy, or availability.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Drawdle and its author shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date at the top of this page.
